Intro statement. Who are you? What type of design do you specialize in? What are your strengths? What’s unique about you? Can you communicate your value clearly?
Curate projects section.  3-5 project summaries that are relevant to the job you are searching for
High-quality visual.  What visual represents the output of this project the best?
Title.  Can you summarise the project in a few words? (e.g. Redesign of an in-flight interface)
Link.Does each project summary link to a full case study?
Role.  What was your involvement on this project? (e.g. research, ux design)

Context

 Title.  Can you summarise the project in a few words? (e.g. Redesign of a in-flight interface for KLM)
 Summary.  Succinctly describe the project.
Problem statement. Should be short and clear. What was the user issue? What was the business problem?
Team.  How big was the team for this? Were you the only designer? Who else did you work with to make this project happen?
Role.  What did you do for this project (e.g. research, ux design)
Results summary.  Should be short and clear. How did your solution ultimately solve the problem? How did it make a positive impact? What was the end results of this project?
Constraints.  Noteworthy limitations that you overcame.

Process

Show that you have a strong toolkit of methods that you can tailor to what the problem or project requires.

Each step.  Succinctly describe each step of your process
Clear connection. Is there a clear connection between process and end result?
Process photos.  Did you include photos of in-process and final artefacts and specify how they helped you clarify your thinking?
Ownership. Is it clear at which points you were leading and at which points you were participating in each step of the process?
More detailed results.  How did your solution ultimately solve the problem? How did it make a positive impact? What was the end results of this project?
Quantitative evidence.  Did the metrics move? Why or why not?
Qualitative evidence.  Are there any interesting quotes or testimonials that you can provide?
Learnings.  What did you learn through this process? Is there anything you would have done differently or would like to do as a next step?
Bonus.  Create a consistent look and feel across all of your artefacts. This is your opportunity to redesign your artefacts to create a sense of unity across them and uplevel your case study.

Keep people going through your portfolio by providing relevant recommendations and clear navigation.
